    The driver completes as carefully as possible and with as much information as possible a statement or report which must be sent to Cartrust within 48 hours, accompanied by photos, by mail or directly via our website. The original must imperatively be sent by mail in our services. In case of bodily injury, the driver must call the police and record the minute number.
    \nAs soon as the claim is made, a file is opened with the insurance and the repair procedure is transmitted by mail to the\u00a0driver.
